I have helped many athletes obtain there personal goals from Personal Records to Natinal and World Championships.
I have been an elite powerlifter from 2002 to 2008 and have won 4 world titles in WABDL during this time.I will be lifting in the IPL Worlds in 2014 and the WABDL worlds also for 2014 for a full comeback since being retired in 2008.
Knowledge
I have a Bachelor degree and I’m pursuing a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning from Southern Utah. I’m certified and a member with American College of Sports Medicine (CPT) . Also certified with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCS) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (PES)
